What is your cancellation policy?
If cancel less than 48 hours 1 day of rental will be charged…if cancel less than 24 hours full charge for entire rental .
What is the minimum and maximum age required to rent a vehicle?
The minimum rental age is 21 years old. There is no maximum age as long as the renter holds a valid driver’s license and meets insurance requirements.
Is there a required interval between bookings?
Yes — there must be a 12-hour interval between bookings.
Do you offer any discounts or promotions?
Yes:
10% off your first day of a 7 day or more rental.
5% off for rentals of 14 days (2 weeks)
10% off for rentals of 30 days
What is the shortest and longest rental duration allowed?
Shortest rental: 2 days
Longest rental: As long as needed — however, rentals over 30 days require a contract renewal
How are sales tax, coupons, and additional fees applied?
All applicable taxes, fees, and discounts are applied at checkout.
Coupons must be applied before completing your reservation.
How many miles are included with the rental?
Rentals under 7 days: 200 miles per day
Rentals 7 days or longer: Unlimited miles
GIG workers renting 30+ days: Unlimited miles included
What are your standard business hours?
We are open 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
What delivery locations do you offer, and what are the fees?
Delivery fees are based on location and approval:
BWI Airport: $97.50 each way
Within 10-mile radius: $55 each way
Over 10 miles: $77 each way
GIG workers (30+ day rental, within 20 miles): $40 each way
Pick-up/drop-off times are case by case and must be approved prior to booking.
What are the allowed pick-up and return times?
Pick-up and return times are handled on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval.
Is there a specific schedule for custom deliveries?
Custom deliveries must be scheduled individually and approved in advance.
Do you allow pick-ups and returns outside business hours?
Yes — on a case-by-case basis, with prior approval.
Are there any important extra details renters should know?
Yes:
Renters are responsible for towing fees due to breakdowns caused during the rental or improper vehicle return.
NO credit checks required.
Unlimited miles for GIG workers renting 30+ days.
EZPass included — tolls billed later.
Car charger and car seat available upon request.
Dash camera installed for renter protection.
Vehicle will be provided with a full tank of gas.

What are the charges for exceeding the included mileage?
Overage miles are charged at $0.97 per mile.
What is the cost for an additional driver?
The additional driver fee is $25 per day.
What are the penalties or fees for smoking in the vehicle?
A $250 fee will be charged for any signs of smoking in the vehicle.
Are there any fees associated with EZ Pass or toll usage?
Yes — any tolls or tickets will be billed 30–60 days later once received.
Renters are responsible for all tolls, tickets, and violations during their rental.
Is there a cleaning fee? Under what conditions is it charged?
Cleaning Fees:
No animals allowed — violation results in a $250 fee
Security deposit: $250
Refueling fee: $15 + cost of fuel
Late return fee: $25 for every 30 minutes after the 30-minute grace period
Retrieval fee: $100
Severe mess or excessive dirt may also result in additional cleaning charges.
